According to WSET-TV, Ernest Fuller was a 12-year-old sixth grader who attended Dunbar Middle School in Lynchburg, Virginia.   He took his own life in January 2010.  His mother LaToya Cabler said, “I think he did it because he felt ‘I’m being bullied at school and nobody is doing anything about it and no one is saying anything if I kill myself I don’t have to worry about him bullying,'”

The Lynchburg City school officials said, they take bullying very seriously and there was “no record” of Ernest being bullied.  Would they have known?
