		<description><![CDATA[Agree with every word you say - the frustration I have as an advocate for participatory medicine is that either providers think that having a FB page means they&#039;ve initiated patient-centered medicine, or they slam the door completely on any web interaction with patients and cleave to their paper charts.

I realize that social doesn&#039;t, and CAN&#039;T, involve sharing patient data - which is pretty much your point. However, helping facilities and clinicians learn how/when/where to share what is hugely important, whether you&#039;re talking patient data or community health education.]]></description>
